Mary Ellen Brandstatter nee Murtaugh, age 85, of Hoffman Estates, died June 25, 2014. Beloved wife for 64 years of John; loving mother of Joyce (Roger) Wiklund, Maryann (Rick) Pollacchi, Joan (John) D’Andrea, and the late Jack (Teri); proud grandmother of Mike (Chrissie), Ryan (Andrea), Eric, Kyle, Stacey, and Kevin; proud great grandmother of Cameron, Brynn, Kate, and Natalie; dear sister of the late Stasia (the late Fritz) Stasevich, the late Jack Murtaugh, and the late Betty Buckley; many loving nieces and nephews.
