Please join us to remember and celebrate the life of Mary A. Blasco , 87, on Friday, May 21st at 10:30 am until the time of Memorial Service 11:30 am at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
Born March 28, 1923 in Chicago, IL to Mary and Michael Sislow, she passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Streamwood, IL.
Mary is survived by her husband Harold of 59 years, daughter Jayne (Mike) Bogdajewicz, sons Mark, John (Michele) and Jim (Allison) Blasco, grandchildren Teri, Matt and Mike Blasco, Jodie (Berto) Reyes, Jason, Kyle and Danielle Blasco, Jimmy, Alex and Tommy Blasco, Ryan and Sean Donovan, and Brianna and Nicholas Bogdajewicz, great grandchildren Alex, Gabby and Stephen Reyes, and Aurora Donovan, and her sister Olga Falconeri, and brothers Olly and John Sislow as well as many neices, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Mary worked in sales at Homemakers in Schaumburg for almost twenty years, where she met many of her dearest friends. A job she truly loved! She was an amazing women who loved life and lived it to it's fullest. Her "tell it like it is" attitude as well as her jovial personality was loved by many. She was a very special wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
