Martin graduated from Northwestern University and Loyola University School of Law.
He was a partner at the Chicago law firm of Pierce, Daley, Baffes, O’Sullivan & Mussar.
Beloved son of the late Rudy & Alice. Fond Brother of: Christine (Tom) Perri, Suzanne (Terry) Witt, John (Jan) Mussar, and Curt (Robin) Mussar. Cherished Uncle of Brad (Laurie) Perri, Stacey (Trevor) Bell, Tom (Doraly) Witt, Carrie (Jack) Rys, John (Patti) Witt, Lauren (Nick) Acino, Jason Mussar, Alex Mussar, Michael Mussar, and Alyssa Mussar.
Devoted Grand Uncle of Olivia, Tyler, Ava, Brianne, Meaghan, Zack, Grace, Allie, Alicia, Josh, Jake, Nicasio, Sophia and Lola. Martin was a voracious reader, enjoyed traveling to Vegas & being with family. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial Visitation Saturday, March 20,2010 9:30am until the time of Mass 10:30am at Resurrection Catholic Community Church, 30W350 Army Trail Road (west of Route 59), Wayne, IL 60184
Burial at All Saints Cemetery 700 N River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016
