Martin "Marty" Albert Lardino

The family of Martin (Marty) Lardino is deeply saddened to announce his passing on March 15th surrounded by his family. Marty grew up in Forest Park, IL and attended Proviso East High School. He proudly served in the Army and was a radio operator in Vietnam. Marty could connect with anyone and could make anyone laugh. He loved riding his motorcycle, spending time at his summer home, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with his dog Dakota. He was married to his best friend, Beverly, for 56 years. Marty was generous, loving and not afraid of hard work. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Juliette (Emelio) Lardino.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Lardino (Doeing); daughter, Julie (Ben) Moehring and their children Ellouise and Sam; daughter Lori (Mat) Hutson and their son Sonny; son Michael Lardino; sister Maria (Tony) Renello; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial Visitation Monday, March 23, 11:00am until time of prayers 2:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin.
