It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Martin Chotas who left us on April 28, 2026 at the age of 47. Martin will be forever loved and remembered by his devoted wife and daughter, together with his entire family, and all of his friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 11:00am until time of farewell service at 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sylwia for the future education of Lena.
