Marjorie A. Sensor, 86, of South Elgin since 1967, died Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Born December 19, 1937 in Aurora. Marjorie loved country line dancing. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and knitting. Marjorie also traveled and went camping whenever she could but her biggest passion was always her family. Beloved wife of 62 years to Ronald L.; loving mom of Ron W. (the late Peggy), Jeffrey (Laura), Kevin (Susan) and the late Daniel Sensor; cherished grandma of Ron A. (Samantha), Eric, Sarah, Kate and the late Sophia; dear great-grandma of Lila, Dominic, Ron R. “Remy”, J.T., Everett and Roman; kind daughter of the late Allan and Ruth Mesmer; caring sister of Robert (Joan) Mesmer and the late Carol and Royal and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visitation 10:00am until time of service 12:00(noon) on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 95 S Gilbert St (at State St), South Elgin. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your animal charity of choice would be appreciated.
