Mario E. Hernandez, 53 of Hoffman Estates died Friday. November 8, 2024, after a courageous battle with ALS. Born November 20, 1970, in El Salvador. Mario was very active and loved soccer, but his biggest passion was his family and faith. Beloved father of Jenny and Emily Hernandez; loving son of Mario and Marta Hernandez and cherished brother of Daisy (Erick) Medrano. Visitation will be 4:00pm to 8:00pm Friday, November 15, 2024, the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd, Roselle. Funeral 11:00am Saturday at the funeral home. Interment Bluff City Cemetery.
