Marilyn Finn

Marilyn Finn, of Streamwood, IL, passed away on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. Born in Oak Park, IL, on April 9th, 1949, Marilyn lived a life filled with love, warmth, and devotion to her family and community.

Marilyn attended Sienna Catholic High School in Oak Park, where she established the roots of faith and friendship that would carry her through a life devoted to others. Marilyn found immense happiness in bike riding, camping and cherished her community of faith and her friends of Bill W. Her greatest joy, however, was her family. Particularly her grandchildren, with whom she loved and cherished.

She is survived by her loving sons, Michael and John and daughter-in-law Jessica Finn. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren: Mackenzie, Michael, Victoria, Jack, John, Kylie, Lincoln, and Eleanor, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. Marilyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband Jim, her father Frank Wierzbik, her mother Lorraine Treleven, brother Robert Treleven, and sister Chris Tasher.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the wonderful life of Marilyn Finn at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Celebration of Life service at 6:00 pm.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
