Marie left this world on September 26, 2009 to continue her journey with the Lord.

She is the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Rosch nee Weber; sister of the late Peter (Mae), Christine, Richard (Bertha) and Fred (Irene).

The best Aunt in the world to Dolores (Bob) Lathan, Shirley (Tom) Brennan, Diane Rosch, Peter (Rosalie), Judy (Ron) Erickson, Teryl (Lee) Snyder, Patricia (Tony) Santiemmo and Fred (Mary Lou) and the late Lynda. Great and great, great aunt to many.

Marie was born July 1, 1910 in Chicago and spent her childhood there. She attended St. Francis School of Nursing and became a registered nurse. She later obtained a Masters degree from Loyola University. She was a nursing educator for 36 years at St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing. She retired from St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in 1976.

She loved to travel all over the world and did so many, many times. She loved to play games, read and tell you stories. She was our “energizer bunny,” she just kept going and going and going.

We will miss you Dee, our love goes with you. (630) 289-7575 or countrysidefuneralhomes.com
