Marie Edith Hess, 80 of Bartlett, formerly of Elk Grove Village, died Thursday, July 9, 2009. Born October 13, 1928, she was the daughter of Bernhardt and Ola (nee Lemonds) Warneke. Marie enjoyed spending time with all of her family.
Survivors include children Richard Jr. (Miriam), Debi, Ronald (Michelle) and Sandi (Mike) Dominie; grandchildren Rich (Julie), Erin (Caleb), David, Brian, Lee, Paige, Matthew, Kelly, Peter, Wayne, JR (Amber), Jason and Ashley; great grandchildren Caleb,Landon, Ryan and Lauren; sisters Dolores (Butch) Friese, Bernice (George) Bachar and Shirley (Dick) Rahn.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Sr., parents and son-in-law Wayne Jett.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2 p.m. until time of service 6 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2700 W Highland Ave, Elgin, IL. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church, 1201 N Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232
