Marie E. Harris (nee Macedone),75, of Bartlett died Friday, August 10, 2018. Born December 28, 1942, in Chicago. Marie enjoyed entertaining and cooking for others but her true passion was her family. Beloved wife of 56 years to Robert; loving mom of Scott (Sandy), Brian (Terri) and Jason (Valerie); cherished nana of Michelle, Matthew, Benjamin, Jacob, Samuel, Sydney, Jackson; dear great grandma of Camryn and Livi; kind daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine “Jean” (nee Martorana) Macedone and fond sister of Carol and the late Gloria. Memorial visitation 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers Memorials to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org or American Heart Association, www.heart.org, would be appreciated.
