Maria Michel (nee Paraschivescu) of Elgin; beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of Trude (late Jack) Miller, Rosa (late Donald) Tufano, Dorothy (Michael) Thompson, and the late Stephen (Erika) and the late Joseph (Donna) Michel; cherished grandmother of Michelle (Bob) Reis, Christopher (Jennifer) Michel, Joey Michel, Bridget Zikos, Andrew (Michelle) Tufano, Robert (Ali) Michel, Monica (Kevin) Blocker, Donald Tufano, Jonathan (Kristy) Michel, Nicole (Matt) McMillan and the late Stephen (Rose-Marie) Michel; proud great grandmother of Bobby, Christine, Amanda, Emily, Stephen, Miles, A.J., Isabella, Ella, Matthew and Andrew Joseph. She was also a fantastic cook, baker and gardener.
