Margaret Mastandrea

Margaret "Marge" Ann Mastandrea, nee Kelly, 63, of Bartlett; wife for 44 wonderful years of Vince; the best mom of Rhianna (Dave) Heinzelman, Kelly (Max) Milinkovich, Dana Mastandrea, Crystal (Nick) Micucci and Patrick (Kelly); an amazing Nonnie of Luca, Maksim, Jax, Alessandra, Domenico, Adriana and Olivia; cherished sister of Jim (late Mary) Kelly and the late Tom ( Eileen) Kelly; dear daughter of the late Jim and Doris Kelly, nee Howarth. Marge was someone who loved life and loved to have a good time. She had a great sense of humor often laughing at herself. She believed in being active and giving back to her community. Marge taught REP at St. Peter Damian. She was a cheer director with the Bartlett Raiders, coached softball, bowled in a league, read James Patterson novels, watched horror movies and got hooked on detective tv shows. More than anything, her grandchildren were the most important thing in her life. After she and Vince raised 5 children, Marge wanted nothing more than to be the best Nonnie to her 7 grandchildren. Phone calls didn't cut it - Marge had to be there to hug, hold, laugh, giggle and get on the floor to play board games. She was also more than ok with letting her youngest grandchildren "practice" putting make up on her. They brought pure joy into her life. Nonnie you will be missed more than you will ever know. Visitation Friday 3:00 - 9:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 11:15 am prayers at the funeral home going to St. Peter Damian Church. Mass 12 pm/noon. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following her mass.
