Margaret "Peggy" Rose Forth, 65, nee Lucas, of Bartlett and formerly of Harwood Heights, wife of Paul; mom of Paul (Heidi), Adam (Jen), Doug (Natalie) and Megan (Ryan) Zaborowski; MoMo of Kylie, Emily, Mason, Cayson, Madelyn "Maddie", Maxwell, Olivia and 2 on the way; sister of Linda (Helmut) Lucas - Schatz, Jan (late Walter) May, Diane Lucas, Steven Lucas and the late Daniel and daughter of the late Alvin and Catherine Lucas, nee Montague. Visitation Wednesday 3:00 pm until time of service 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
