Margaret S Buck, 92, of Elgin, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday, November 29, 2017. Born April 25, 1925 in Chicago. Margaret enjoyed all types of puzzles especially word and jigsaw. She also enjoyed crocheting lap blankets for shelters and nursing homes and playing Ping-Pong with her twin sister. She will be missed by her family. Beloved wife of 63 years to the late Kenneth; loving mom of Linda (Roy) Trent, Karen (Robert) Block, Barbara (Richard) Bauer and Peggy (Tod) Schulten; cherished grandma of Kenneth (Debra), Todd (Jaime), Tiffany (Terry), Heather (Ryan), Michael (Jennifer), Michelle (Kevin), Melissa, Kristin (Jason), Lauren, and Amanda (Peter); dear “GG” (great-grandma) of Morgan, Madison, McKenzie, Madelyn, Connor, Zach, Alex, Brooke, Devon, Buck, Crystal, Karlie, Kevin, Janissa, Jemma, Aubrie, Adam, Jacob, Elise, Celine, Tristan, Corbin, Mariella, Giovanni and the late Faith and Hope; kind great-great grandma of Jordan and Tyler; caring sister of twin Mildred (the late Thomas) Crawford and 9 late brothers and sisters. Visitation 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Monday, 10:30a.m. at the funeral home.
