Forst (nee Eulberg) formerly of Palatine; mother of Anthony Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez and Daniel Forst; grandmother of Gina, Jennifer, Christian, Kevin and Jazmine; daughter of Mona (nee West) and the late Harold Eulberg; sister of Joan (Stephen) Jasinski, Harold Jr. (Maxine) Eulberg and Wendy Dreyer.
Lynn was a devoted mother, she collected porcelain dolls was a great cook and Texas hold-em player.
Memorial visitation Friday, June 22nd from 4:00 p.m until the time of memorial service 6:30 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. Please omit flowers.
