Lyle Wayne Worthen 73, Of Carpentersville; beloved husband of Genenda (nee Tines) Worthen; loving father of Melanee (Dennis) Girardi, Stephen (Nikcole) Worthen, and Marilyn (Tim) Goddard; proud grandfather of Stacy, Jenna, Janessa Girardi, Austin, Alysha, Ariana Worthen, Devin and Chelsea Goddard; dear brother of Billie Coulter and Fern Saul; proceeded in death by his parents, one brother and four sisters. Visitation will be Tuesday February 21, 2012 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at the Calvary United Pentecostal Church 19W701 Army Trail Rd., Addison and Wednesday from 9:00am until time of service 10:00am at the church. Burial will be at Elm Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
