Visitation for Luis Rey "Louie" Hernandez will be held Thursday 2:00p.m. until the time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.

He was born 5/3/58 in Lockney, Texas and lived in Streamwood from the age of seven until his death on 10/22/16; Devoted husband of the late Kerry (nee McNulty). Loving father of Tiffany (Billy), Tess (Jose), David and Katie. Loving grandfather of Destiny, Billy Jr., Jaylynn, Dominic, Romeo and Jaythen. Doting great-grandfather of Lailah. Caring brother of Joe, the late David, and Danny (Amy). Uncle to Brett, Charles and Evan, and lifelong friend to many, especially George Torres.
