The Funeral Mass for Lowell A. Taylor, 87, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Church of the Holy Spirit, 1451 Bode Road, Schaumburg, where he will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Entombment
All Saints Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Born July 12, 1922, in Connersville, Ind., he passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009, in Schaumburg. Lowell always placed others before himself. He was a retired deacon of the Church of the Holy Spirit and a WWII Navy veteran.
He was the Beloved husband of Mary Ann nee Juvancic;
Loving father of the late Linda (Donald) Amt, Kimberly (Shawn) LaLond, Janice M. (Ken) Klosowski, and the late Pamela Marie. Cherished grandfather of Lisa, Rebecca, Shane, and Danielle; and Great grandfather of Brianna, Kaitlyn, and Melia. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cabrini Retreat Center 9430 Golf Road Des Plaines, IL 60016 or St. Vincent de Paul Society of Church of the Holy Spirit, 1451 Bode Rd.
