Visitation 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 1:00p.m. until time of cremation 4:00p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation at Countryside Crematory.
