Lou Owen

Lou Owen, (nee Haverland), 92, of Roselle, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022. The founder of Tyger Realty, where her motto was "Let a happy Tyger serve you!", Lou was also an avid baker and the former owner of Victor's Restaurant in Schaumburg. Beloved wife of the late Keith; loving mother of Gregg Owen, Jay K. (Lisa) Owen, and Kip (Deana) Owen; cherished grandmother of Gregg (fiancee Ronda Foster) Owen, Kristen (Jeff) Gates, Kip Derek Owen, and Jill Owen; proud great grandmother of Christian and Gianna; dear sister of Larry Haverland, Gary (Lorna) Haverland, the late Vel (the late Ralph) Birdsall, the late Virgil Haverland, the late Delly (Patsy) Haverland, the late Faith Rowe, and the late Nancy (the late Orrie) Hoefs. Visitation Tuesday, August 9 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.), Roselle. Funeral Wednesday 10:00am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids, Minnesota on Saturday, August 13 at 11:00am.
