Lorraine Charlotte D’Souza (nee Francis), 50, of Streamwood since 2001, died suddenly Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Born June 14, 1966 in India, Lorraine enjoyed music, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Beloved wife of 22 years to Christian; loving mom of Jonathan and Danielle and little doggie-boy Rusty; cherished daughter of Jennifer (nee Ferns) and the late Kevin Francis; caring sister of Noella (Conrad) Fernandes; dear aunt of Julian; loved daughter-in-law of Leonora (nee Lutchmaya) and Robert Flavius D'Souza; sister-in-law of Robert Pierre D'Souza, Charmaine Rose D'Souza and Desiree Therese D'Souza. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barington Rd). Funeral 10:45a.m. Friday to St. John the Evangelist Church, Mass 11:30a.m. Interment St. Michael Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org, would be appreciated.
