Lorna Coyne

Lorna "Jackie" Coyne nee Redd, of Schaumburg, formerly of Chicago. Jackie passed away the evening of April 20th. She is survived by her daughter Lorna (Fred) Smalarz; grandchildren Jennifer Smalarz and Catherine (Mark) Pape; great granddaughter Ava. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Joseph F., her parents Frank and Mary Redd nee Womack and her companion Ed Schleichert. Jackie was born in Pollock, Texas on August 27, 1923. She was a longtime resident of Friendship Village in Schaumburg. She loved to sew in her spare time. A graveside service will be held Friday April 27 at 11:00 am at Union Ridge Cemetery 6700 W. Higgins Rd. Chicago. Cremation was private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett. In lieu of flowers donations to either the American Cancer Society or Seasons Hospice would be appreciated.
