Lisa C. Woode, nee Nanos, of Bartlett, formerly of Schaumburg and Bellwood; loving wife of Thomas; cherished mom of Renee (Matthew) Dohn and Michael (Rebecca) Woode; devoted grandma of Trenton Smeya, Ayla Dohn and Gordan Dohn; dear sister of Therese Lindsey and Carla (Craig) Falkenthal; beloved daughter of Eileen (Karl) Key and the late Nicholas Nanos. Lisa enjoyed everything about the ocean, the waves, sounds, beaches and sunsets. However, family was the top priority in her life with her grandchildren bringing her the most enjoyment. Visitation Friday, September 28th, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett, Il. 60103. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following services. In lieu of flowers donations to Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517 would be appreciated.
