Memorial visitation for Lisa Marie LaMantia of Springfield, formerly of Streamwood will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 11:00a.m. until time of service 1:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
Born August 13, 1962, Lisa died Saturday, February 20, 2016. A 1980 graduate of Streamwood High School, Lisa graduated from University of Illinois in Springfield. She worked for the Healthcare and Family Services of Illinois for 20 years.
She is the cherished daughter of June and the late Thomas LaMantia; beloved sister of Debbie (the late Ronald) Rzewnicki, Paul LaMantia and Vicki (Lloyd) Manning; loving aunt of Alan (Ami) Rzewnicki, Darci (Rob) Grum, Ryan and Tory LaMantia, Olivia and Julia Manning; great aunt of Loreleli Rzewnicki, Konrad and Violet Grum.
