Linda Eremity

Linda B. Eremity, 78, nee Putman, of Streamwood and formerly of Hanover Park; wife for 55 years of Frank; mom of Sharon Lyn (Doug) Scott and Cynthia Dawn Muryn; gringong of Maggie Sue Scott, Dallas Jean Scott, Lake Douglas Scott, Saralyn Michelle (Andrew) Byrne, Melinda Theresa (Connor) Whiteside; sister of Wilma Lee Brumley, Billy Lamar Minerna Putman, Roger Dale (Nancy) Putman, Yvonne DeCarlo (Gyas) Uddin, late John Putman, late Maddie Lou Eubanks and the late Kathy Elaine Wilson and daughter of the late George and Opal Sue Putman.  Linda was the glue of her entire family.  She always made time to listen to you. She never judged anyone. She was honest, simple, down to earth, hard working, funny and never met a stranger.  She had a gift of making you feel special and important.  She loved all animals and enjoyed nature.  Visitation Wednesday, October 4th, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood.  Funeral services will be private Thursday.  Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.  In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105 would be appreciated.
