Lillian Russo

Lillian Russo (nee Weingraff), 84, of Schaumburg, died May 17, 2013. She was employed for 30 years with Environmental Services at Northwest Community Healthcare. Lillian volunteered in the Emergency Room at St. Alexius Medical Center and for the Schaumburg Township Cancer Foundation and Food Pantry. Lillian was also an avid swimmer.

Lillian was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Russo; loving mother of Paulette (Kenneth) Schultz and Howard (Kerrie); proud grandmother of Julie (Michael) Roth, Kevin (fiancée Melissa) Schultz, David Schultz, Erik Schultz, Alex DeLong, and Joseph Russo.

A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Lillian donated her body to medical studies at Loyola University. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry, 1 Illinois Blvd. Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 would be appreciated.
