Beloved wife of the late John; loving mother of Michael and Phillip (Ellen); cherished grandmother of Mary and John; dear daughter of the late Stanley and Cecelia (nee Meehan) Melka. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Streamwood.
