Liam Ryan Burrell, 23, Carol Stream, IL passed away on November 16, 2024. Liam was born on May 6, 2001 in Hinsdale, IL. He went to High School for 3 years at St. Edwards in Elgin and graduated from Bartlett High School. During his younger years, Liam played Football, as a Bartlett Raider and then at St. Edward High School, he played the euphonium in Bartlett’s High School Marching Band. Liam loved so many things, he enjoyed spending his free time fishing, camping, backpacking, along with with deep-sea fishing and bodyboarding on the East Coast. Growing up he was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout. He was a car enthusiast, from vintage cars to just fixing them, he could fix anything though! He not only was a musician but loved all things related to music. Most of all, Liam was a Nature Lover, being green, staying green and spending all his time in the outdoors. One of his passions, was aviation. He participated in flying with the EAA Young Eagles Flights when he was younger and had plans to go to Lewis University majoring in Aviation Flight Technology!
Liam leaves behind his beloved mom Kerry( the late Christopher Hamilton) Burrell; loving brother Sean and half-sisters Maddison and Gillian; dear grandparents Dawn and Howard Burrell and nephew of Kimberly Burrell and Kelly (Ben) Maloney. Liam also leaves behind his cherished dog Bear.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a service at 5:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL 60103.
