Visitation Thursday, September 10, 2015 3:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 950 S. Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Friday 10:15a.m. to St. Peter Damian Church Mass 11:00 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
