Leonard Maziuk, 68, an avid dancer formerly of Poland and Chicago, passed away Tuesday, April 24. Beloved husband of Maria(nee Bortkiewicz); loving father of Piotr(Mary); dear brother of Linda(Roman) Maziuk, Marie(Gene) Buczyk, Helen(the late Emil) Tereche, and the late Stascia(Wacek) Bielawski, and the late Stanley(Maria) Maziuk. Visitation Thursday, April 26 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd.(at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg.
