Leona E. Doyle, nee Miller, of Schaumburg for the past 4 years with her daughter Gloria, formerly of Bellwood and born in Mosineee, Wisconsin. Wife of the late Peter D., who passed away in 1985; mom of Gloria (late Arnie) Cerny of Schaumburg, Geri (Donald) Muench of Elgin and Peter D., Jr. (Glorianne)of Wisconsin; grandma of Dale (Dawn), Debbie (Ken) Trent, Michael Cerny, Amanda Cerny, Stacy Muench and the late Dean Daubs who passed away this year; great grandma of Morgan Trent, Madison Trent, Sam (Amy) Echevarria and Ethan Francart; great great grandma of Alana and JoJo Echevarria; sister of Bob (Grace) and the late Al(late Margaret), late Arnold (late Marge), late Ewald (late Viola), late Selma (late Ed) Van Riper and late Hertha (late Herb) Schneider. Leona was active in the Dorcas Society at Hope Lutheran in Hillside and president of the auxillary of Lutheran Children Family Services at St. John's Lutheran Church. She loved to knit and bake. Her favorite radio station was WGN where she would follow the Cubs, Bears and most recently the Blackhawks. Visitation Sunday 2:00 - 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S.
