Memorial vistitation Friday, April 11th 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Memorial Mass Saturday 11:00 a.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 1233 West Holtz Ave., Addison, IL 60101. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
