Leo Cassidy

Leo J. Cassidy, 98, of Geneva, Illinois passed away April 29, 2011. Born April 19, 1913 in Chicago. He married Jeanette Zonius June 27, 1936 living their entire lives in the Chicago area. Beloved husband to the late Jeanette (nee Zonsius); Loving father to Jeanne (Martin) Stanton, Mary Jo (George) Olen, Judith (Kenneth) Bartels, Catherine (Salvatore) Ingraffia, Leo G. (Patricia), Francine (Steve) Palm and Michael (Stephanie), Cherished grandfather to 23 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren; Dear son to the late George and Margaret (nee Tully) and brother to the late John, George, Thomas, Philip, Bernard, Margaret, Agnes and Roselle; Fond uncle to many. Visitation Monday, May 2, 2011 from 3:00p.m.-9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S. Roselle Rd (1/2 mile south of Irving Park), Roselle. Visitation Tuesday from 9:30a.m. until time of Mass 11:00a.m. at St. Matthew Church, 1001 E. Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg. Interment All saints.
