Leah A. Fallico

Leah A. Fallico of Bartlett, IL, passed away on May 23, 2026. She was a long-time member of the Bartlett Women's Club. Leah was the beloved wife of the late Michael Fallico; cherished daughter of the late Harold and the late Aldena Schmidt; loving sister-in-law of the late Joanna Fallico, the late Dolores Fallico, Shirley (the late Bill) Klicka, Frank (Christine) Fallico, the late Virginia Fallico, Violet (late John) McAuley and the late Alfred (the late Janet) Fallico; dear aunt and great-aunt to many; proud godmother of Nicci (Chris) Chmura and Veronica Klicka.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
