Lawrence Meyer

Lawrence C. "Larry" Meyer, 81, was born into eternal life Friday May 25, 2018 with his family by has side. Larry was born December 2, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois. A graduate of Maine East High School in 1964. Larry had lived in Hanover Park for 56 years. After starting work at Dor-O-Matic as a teenager, he went on to receive his Degree at DePaul University. Larry retired in 2000 after working 44 years at Dor-O-Matic of Chicago in various positions including Sales Manager.

Larry is the beloved husband of the late Jan nee Marinello; loving father of Cathy (Mark) Michalski, Steve (Julie) and the late Jim; proud grandfather of Joey Meyer; dear brother of Jim, Jerry (Sandy) Meyer and the late Mary Ann and Bonita; cherished son of the late Lawrence Meyer, Sr. and Henrietta (nee Ferrero), brother-in-law of Linda Ladau and Carol Marinello; many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday 4:00p.m. until time of memorial service 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. (630) 289-8054.
