Lawrence Kramer

Lawrence Samuel Kramer, 86, of Elgin, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024. Larry loved the Lord, his family, his church, and his friends and neighbors. He also loved the Chicago Bears,  playing bags, and standing up with other Veterans on the 4th of July. Beloved husband of 58 years to Sue (nee Winans); loving father of Mary (Fred) Weber and Gretchen (Marc) Rossman; proud grandfather of Emily (Charlie) Piazza and Daniel Rossman; cherished son of the late Samuel and the late Milda (nee Peterson) Kramer; dear brother of Rosalie (the late Dale) Freelove and the late Dianne (the late John) Bennett; fond uncle of Brad and Aaron (Chris) Livek and Scott, Rodney (Jamie), and the late Samuel Bennett. Cremation private at Countryside Crematory. Visitation Saturday, October 5 from 10:00am until time of service 11:00am at Christ the Lord Lutheran Church 12N462 Tina Trail, Elgin, Illinois.
