Lawrence Goto

Lawrence H. Goto, 93, of Hoffman Estates and formerly of Roselle and Milwaukee for many years. Born December 8, 1917 in Chicago. Lawrence was a graduate of the University of Illinois majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoyed working around the house, especially in his yard but his true passion was his wife and family.
Beloved husband of 70 years to the late Elizabeth (nee Sergey); Loving father to Lawrence T.( Darlene), Carol (Bob) Higdon, Christine MacArthur and Alan (Patricia); Cherished grandfather to Lawrence A., Bridget, Melanie, John, Anna, Sara, Michael and the late Matthew and great-grandfather to Hannah, Alex, Morghan, Sammie and Ellie; Dear son to the late Isaburo and Agnes (nee Harvey); fond brother to Thelma Lewis and the late Isabelle and Irving.
Visitation Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd (1/2 mile south of Irving Park), Roselle. Funeral Wednesday 10:30a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment Elmwood Cemetery.
