Laverne Jacobazzi (nee Kielmar), 92, of Chicago died February 21, 2023. Laverne was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Jacobazzi; loving mother of Paul Jacobazzi, Claudia (Alexander) Hantel, Peter (Gail) Jacobazzi, Renee (Richard) Jacques and the late Sharon Chapman; proud grandmother of Paul, Nicholas, Andrew, Christopher, Sarah, Michael, Michael, Nicole, Ricky and Samantha; dear great grandmother to many; cherished sister of the late Arline (the late Wayne) Demel; fond aunt of David (Linda) Demel, Mary (Arthur) Stevens and Daniel Demel.
A memorial Mass will be held on April 1, 9:30 at St. Isidore Church 427 W. Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, IL. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Misericordia Home https://www.misericordia.com/giving/donate-online/ would be appreciated.
