Lance P Jacobson

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Lance P. Jacobson, who departed this life on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, at the age of 70. A beloved resident of Hanover Park, IL for over 40 years, Lance was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

His family included his devoted wife, Lilu and his late wife Janet; children: Brian (Tammy), Brad (Jennifer), Justin (Charlene), Justin (Jocelyn), and stepson Jay Tianci. He was the proud grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren: Braden, Aurora, Bentley, and Camden, who brought immense joy and pride into his life.

He is also survived by his siblings, Barry (Cathy), Kim, and Kirk (the late Connie), along with numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom had the pleasure of knowing him as their treasured Uncle Lance. Lance was preceded in death by his, parents, Donald and Josephine, who now welcome him into their embrace.

Lance's life will be celebrated with a visitation on Friday, June 26th, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 South Roselle Rd. , Roselle,

The funeral service will take place at the same location on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, at 10:30 am. Following the service, Lance will be laid to rest at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles, Illinois.

Lance will be fondly remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his kind heart, and his ability to bring warmth and laughter to everyone he met. His spirit will continue to live on in the cherished memories of those who knew and loved him.
