Prayers for Krzysztof Szastak of Streamwood will begin at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Krzysztof is the beloved husband of Izabella (nee Kopec); loving father of Marta and Aleksander; dear son of Alina in Poland and the late Eugen.
