God saw she was getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around her and whispered, “come with me.” With tearful eyes we watched and saw her fade away. Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay.

Please think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched...
for nothing loved is ever lost - and she was loved so much.

Kristen D. Forward, 62, of Schaumburg, died Monday, June 25, 2012 in Elk Grove Village. Born December 6, 1949 in Evanston. Kristen was the daughter of Perry and Elsie (nee Steffen) Tyler. Kris was a very outgoing individual with a zest for life. She was an avid Cubs fan and enjoyed traveling, bowling and country music especially when she could line dance to it. Her true passion, however, was being with her family. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her beloved husband Robert; loving daughters Jill and Lindsay and brothers Richard (Kristina) Tyler and Danny (Kathy) Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation Thursday June 28, 2012 from 3pm to 9pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 South Roselle Rd., Roselle. Funeral Friday 11am at the funeral home. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
