Khampiane Lasikeo

Khampiane "Kay" Lasikeo, 77 of Elgin, Khampiane "Kay" Lasikeo passed away peacefully on Friday, May 26, 2023, at the age of 77, surrounded by her loved ones in Elgin, Illinois. Kay was born on December 3, 1945, in Vientiane, Laos. She was a refugee from Laos, a seamstress by trade, a two-time cancer survivor, and a wonderful cook. She leaves behind five children, 12 grandchildren, and many extended family members who will forever hold her close to their hearts.

She was the loving mother of Kanjan Kim (Michael) Tsao, Dao (Tai) Chanthamalinh, Thom Lasikeo, Lani Lasikeo, AeRasasane and Johnny (Kitty) Lasikeo and cherished Thuthu of Alex, Andrew, Anthony, Devin, Austin, Naki, Thoby, Marco, Kaylina, Airiana, Jada, Maddy and Blaze. Visitation Wednesday, May 31, 11:00 am until time of service 1:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett, Il. 60103. Cremation will be immediately following her service.
