Beloved wife of Luis, with whom she shared 30 years of love; loving mother of Tiffany, Tess, David, Katie, and the late Samantha Hernandez; proud grandmother of Destiny, Jaylynn, Billy, Dominic, Romeo, and Jaythen; fond sister of Tom, Terry, Tim and Kathy.
Visitation Friday, May 23, 2014, 3:00pm until time of service 7:30pm Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
