Kerry Frost

October 11, 1973 — April 2, 2025

Kerry J. Frost, of Bartlett, IL passed away on April 2, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born on October 11, 1973 in Skokie, IL to her parents Michael and Sandra Finn.

Kerry is the beloved Wife of 24 years to Scott; loving Mom of Breanne, Genevieve, Dillon and Evan and Bonus Mom of Megan; cherished daughter of the late Mick and Sandy Finn; dear sister of Jeff (Melissa) and Wendy (Aaron) and sister-in-law of Danny (Zamairy); devoted Dog-Mom of Lola.

For nearly 30 years, Kerry Frost has been a cornerstone of Schaumburg High School’s Family & Consumer Sciences department. Kerry leaves behind an incredible legacy of dedication, mentorship, and inspiration. She was an invaluable member of the school community for nearly three decades, touching the lives of countless students and colleagues.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 3:00 – 9:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL 60103. Prayers will be held the following morning at the Funeral Home at 9:15 am, going to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 502 S. Park Blvd. Streamwood, IL 60107 for Memorial Mass 10:00 am.
