A Memorial visitation for Kent L. Palmer; 62 a 30 year resident of Roselle will be held Thursday from 5:00 until the time of Memorial Service 7:30 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 333 S. Roselle Rd., Roselle. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Kent was born July 9, 1946 in Goshen, IN and died January 6, 2009 at Manor Care in Elk Gove Village;
He had a long career in telecommunications having worked most recently J-Tech and many years in the cellular division of Motorola in Schaumburg. He enjoyed fishing and flying a private plane as he is a former pilot. He has been a friend to many over the years. Kent is survived by his brother Chris Palmer of Washington, D.C. and preceded in death by his parents Harold M. and Rosemary nee Mason. In Lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society 1114 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 would be appreciated.
