Visitation for Kenneth P. Smith, Jr. of Bloomingdale for 28 years will be held Friday, June 8, 2018 4:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Saturday at St. Walter Catholic Church 130 W. Pine Roselle. Mass 10:00a.m.. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Ken is the beloved husband of Mary nee Melsheimer; loving father of Scott (Amanda), Brian (Althea) and Bradley (Alison); cherished grandfather of Kay Ann, Gabe, Lulu, Milo, Silas, Benjamin, Brody and Austin; dear brother of Dolores (Stuard) DeWalt; many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by many cousins, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to American Cancer Society at cancer.org or the "Serving Mission Campaign" at St. Walter Church attn: Maria Pusateri 130 W. Pine Roselle 60172 would be appreciated. (630) 529-5751.
