Prayers Kathleen Swietlik nee Dus of Bartlett for 34 years will be held Thursday, December 16, 2010
at the Countryside Funeral Home 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett to St. Peter Damian Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven.
Visitation will be held Wednesday 3:00 – 9:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Born Sept. 28, 1939 in Chicago, Kathleen died Sunday December 12, 2010.
Kathleen is the wife of the late David J. for 38 years; loving mother of Rita (John) Simpkins of Gilberts, René (Brian)Massow of Huntley, Rodd Swietlik of Bartlett and Robin (Tom) Wolenberg of Wonder Lake; Proud grandmother of Skyler, Landon and Summer Massow; Cherished daughter of the late Edward and Emily Dus; many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She will also be missed by her special friends Tom and Mary Cardwell and their children David, Barbara and Christopher. She is preceded in death by her brother Leroy Dus.
