Kathleen Sandra Lewis nee Gemza of Hoffman Estates, born December 29, 1947 in Lackawanna, New York, died August 20, 2008 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.
She worked in the Pharmacy at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, celebrating 20 years of service this month. Kathleen had a passion for cooking and was an avid collector of cookbook and recipes.
She is the beloved wife of Michael ; loving mother of Jeffrey Michael (Elizabeth) of Cleveland, OH and Jill Marie of Hoffman Estates; cherished grandmother of Mollie Jeanette and dear sister of Carol Aldrich, Paul Gemza and Peggy Scott.
Cremation was held privately at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Humane Society Dept GAIT04 2100 L. St. NW Washington, DC 20037 would be appreciated
