Katharina Warwik

Katharina “Katy” Warwik, age 90 of Bartlett, Il died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL. Born March 1, 1924 in Yugoslavia to Nikolaus and Anna Merle, she was an accountant during World War II and later when married was a housewife and of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her husband, Michael T. Warwik, son William N. Warwik (Sue Ann) and grandson Nicholas M. Warwik of Bartlett and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial mass Thursday, May 15th, 9:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann Church, 2900 E. Main St., St. Charles. Burial Maryhill Cemetery.
